A complete IT setup — combining on-site support with senior remote oversight, delivered as a fixed monthly service.

How it works

I handle the hiring and setup — so you don’t have to manage recruitment or coordination.Day-to-day user support is handled by the on-site technician.I provide structure, oversight, and ongoing quality control remotely.

What this solves

Many smaller companies end up with fragmented IT — and responsibility often falls on someone internally, taking focus away from their actual role.Often, it’s handled by someone with some technical knowledge or other responsibilities — simply because someone has to do it.This setup removes that burden — giving you a clear structure and a setup that works consistently over time.

How I work

My focus is on clarity, ownership, and simplicity.I take responsibility for the overall setup — making sure things are followed up on, handled properly, and don’t fall between the cracks. The goal is a setup that runs predictably day to day.

A different cost structure

A dedicated on-site technician is part of the setup full-time.On top of that, you get senior remote oversight — covering decisions and overall responsibility. In practice, this gives you both execution and senior-level support in one setup, without having to hire and manage it internally.Delivered as a fixed monthly cost.

Where I work best

I work primarily with smaller, creative companies where Mac and Google Workspace are central to how things run.Hybrid setups are common, and I support Windows and, to some extent, Linux. The structure is consistent — but always adapted to how your company works in practice.

Who I am

I’m Adam — working hands-on with IT operations and systems for more than two decades.I’ve spent years inside companies, handling day-to-day IT operations, user environments, and systems in real-world setups. The work has always been practical — supporting users, handling issues, and keeping systems running in day-to-day operations.Today, I run my own IT company from Thailand — combining remote oversight with dedicated on-site support, working with teams across the Nordic region.

Current work

Ongoing IT responsibility across the Nordic region, including work with teams in Copenhagen, Oslo, and Helsinki — combining remote oversight with dedicated on-site support.Supporting both day-to-day operations and ongoing system changes and improvements.
